ORDER PROCESSING
Please allow 2 business days to process your order. Expect an email within 1 business day to let you know your order is on the way!
STORE PICKUP
We don't support store pickup for orders.
LOCAL DELIVERY
Local delivery is not available, only shipping.
CHOOSING YOUR DELIVERY OPTION
During checkout, enter and verify your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to shipping" button. Orders placed outside of business hours will be handled the next day we are open.
When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.
FLAT RATE SHIPPING
Orders are generally shipped within the next business day using USPS services. Flat rate shipping fee is currently offered for the collector's items only. We do not ship outside of the USA at this time.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We offer $5 flat rate shipping for the collector's items (linen hardcover books with dust jacket) up till $49.
We offer free shipping for orders over $49 (only in the USA).

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We don't offer international shipping due to the high shipping costs and added custom costs at delivery. That would easily double (or more) the purchased book(s).
To meet our international customers' wish to read our book(s), we make them available in digital form on online platforms all over the world where you can download them after purchase and start reading right away.
SALES OR/AND SHIPPING TAXES
Your order may be subject to taxes, which can be incurred once a shipment reaches your destination state. Two Suitcase Publishing is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused, unsigned and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at mchermans@mac.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
